Hey, I’m Jay father to an 11-year-old and partner to a magical woman. Over the last three to four years I've really broken myself down and fixed myself back up, just like Lego bricks, I have built myself as the man I wanted to be, rather than what other people expected me to be. By doing this. I've thrown away the rulebook and learnt just to be myself, to question everything I thought I knew and realised that they needed to be questioned again, to free myself from other people's lego bricks that have fallen in my box. Through this evolution, and stepping into the world of life coaching, I now empower people (5+ to adults) to live THEIR way of life (like #thejayway but their own version). I support them to put the puzzle together of their own lives, to open the treasure box inside of themselves, and to finally be who they truly are.

Empowerment League Outcome’s

Parent’s have fed back some amazing results after only a few weeks in to our 12 week empowerment league. The changes are fantastic to observe some of these are Gaining more confidence in their abilities, Confidence in making friends, More Confidence at home & school, even on our sessions.

Feeling more brave to go to bed alone by using some of the tools we created on our sessions helping this child feel Confident and empowered to find solutions & put them in to place.

Learning about their emotions allowing them to express themselves in a safe way.

Overcoming Anger and not knowing how to express this in a safe way, also taking away labels of being an angry child and allowing the space to explore all emotions are valid.

Support to cope with Anxiety and learn tools that they can use to support themselves when feeling anxious.

All the Outcomes are meant with a solution focused approach so the children feel empowered and are having fun so many don’t realise they are learning all these awesome tools for life
